Digital Literacy and Online Safety of Women in Afghanistan

Introduction: The Promoting Digital Literacy Awareness campaign aims to empower Afghan women and other marginalized groups by enhancing their proficiency with digital tools. In a context where the de facto authority’s rule has imposed severe restrictions on civic space, particularly targeting women and vulnerable communities, digital literacy is essential for enabling participation in online spaces, advocacy, and the pursuit of rights.
